Hittills håller kniven fortfarande vad den lovar i alla avseenden. Jag är lyckligt överraskad av hur vass den är och hur väl den bibehåller sin egg efter att ha slipat den 2 eller 3 gånger.

Bis jetzt eigentlich alles, noch entspricht das Messer in allen Punkten ihren Versprechungen. Ich lasse mich gerne überraschen wie es mit Schärfe und Schnitthaltigkeit nach 2, 3x schleifen aussieht.

Eftersom det är första gången jag använder en sån här produkt var det något jag fick vänja mig vid, men den tilltalar mig mer och mer. Trots mitt stora urval i köket föredrar jag att använda den när jag arbetar

Knivens kvalitet är i världsklass. Jag älskar den. Jag har faktiskt gjort mig av med mina gamla vanliga köksknivar och använder bara den här. Betjäningen var dessutom utmärkt och väldigt effektiv.

The production of the knife is next level. I love it. I actually got rid of my usual kitchen knives and just use the one I ordered. Service was excellent and efficient also.
