Za zdaj nož še vedno izpolnjuje vsa moja pričakovanja. Vesel in hkrati presenečen sem nad tem, kako oster je in kako dobro se obnese po 2 ali 3 brušenjih.
Bis jetzt eigentlich alles, noch entspricht das Messer in allen Punkten ihren Versprechungen. Ich lasse mich gerne überraschen wie es mit Schärfe und Schnitthaltigkeit nach 2, 3x schleifen aussieht.

Na začetku sem se morala noža kar malo navaditi, res pa je, da še nikoli nisem imela v rokah tako dobrega noža. Čeprav imam v kuhinji veliko nožev, najraje uporabljam prav tega.

Izdelava teh nožev je na čisto drugi ravni. Ko sem začel uporabljati ta nož, sem se znebil skoraj vseh drugih nožev, ki smo jih imeli doma. Res izjemen in trpežen nož.
The production of the knife is next level. I love it. I actually got rid of my usual kitchen knives and just use the one I ordered. Service was excellent and efficient also.
